Do I need to be in shape to join Prodigy?
No! As a matter of fact, we have we thrive working with busy adults who consider themselves to be "not fit." Our coaches are experts at walking along side you every step of the way to ensure you are successful from day 1.

I feel like, I've been spinning my wheels trying to get fit. How can Prodigy help me?
We understand that fitness can be frustrating and confusing. There is so much conflicting information circulating the internet that you don't what to think. Our philosophy can be boiled down to three things: 1 - Keep it simple. We make fitness simple and easy to follow. 2 - Consistency is key. To be successful you must be consistent. We will help keep you consistent. 3 - Strength focused. Strength is the foundation for everything. By focusing on strength, we can fix a lot of ailments while taking massive steps towards your goals.
How about nutrition? Do I have to give up my favorite foods?
Not at all! When it comes to nutrition, just like we everything in life, we prescribe to the 80/20 rule. If you can eat healthy 80% of the time and splurge 20% of the time you will see massive results while still getting to eat the foods you love.
How often should I come to Prodigy and for how long?
We recommend coming to Prodigy at least 2-4 days a week with some additional activities outside of the gym i.e. walking a few other days. Budget about 45 - 60 minutes for each training session.
What type of workouts do you do?
Every member at Prodigy gets a fully customized personal program that is specific to their needs and goals. You may see similarities with other gyms regarding exercises but we will work to find the right exercise variation that fits you best.
I have this nagging pain in my [insert body part], can you help me?
One thing we think we do really well is help individuals in pain get out of pain with programs dedicated specifically to them. Over the years we have helped countless members suffering from back pain, knee pain, hip pain, etc. move better and feel better faster than they ever expected.
