Why did you become a coach?
I became a coach because I have a passion for helping others in reaching their full potential and improving mental and physical growth. I want to see people succeed while having fun in the process!
If there was one myth about health and fitness that you can make disappear tomorrow, what would it be and why?
A myth I would like to make disappear would the "the more exercise, the better." Yes, exercise is beneficial, but there should be a balance in recovery as well.
