Why did you become a coach?

I became a coach to  help people reach their goals in a way that makes sure they have fun while  doing it.

If there was one myth about health and fitness that you  can make disappear tomorrow, what would it be and why?  

I would love to get rid of the myth that  lifting weights will make you big a bulky.   We speak with a lot of perspective members who have the  "fear" of getting big and bulky from lifting weights.  And that's just not the case.  You can absolutely be lean and strong!
